Arapahoe Hyundai is a conglomeration of people with bad attitude and bad service all around. They put you on hold, no service member comes to the phone unless you have called 20 times and yelled at 20 different people. No one takes ownership of mistakes and play the blame game. When you go to buy a car, sales people bend over backwards but when the deed is done they move on and do not believe in continuous service. They forget that existing client base is one way to keep bringing in more business. I dropped my car on a Saturday morning for multi point inspection. I was asked if I wanted to wait, I asked them how soon the car would be ready, he said after lunch, with no reason for me to stick around for 5 hours I left. I was told they will call me with update once car was ready. It was 4.30pm i hadn't heard back so i called was transferred to service then on hold for several minutes then asked to leave a voice mail, which I did. I called again at 5.15pm the dealership answered and when I asked to be connected to service I was simply told, oh the service center is closed for the day. Somebody will call on Monday when they return!!!!!! What? How is this acceptable. I called back again to see if she can get a hold of someone in service so I can atleast have an update on what time I can pickup the vehicle on Monday? She put me on hold again and said there is no way to connect with anyone! Are you for real, you have human's working there with functioning cell phones, call someone ask what is the best resolution. With no hope we asked to be connected with a manager, she connected us to the Floor manager, who practically scoffed at us saying the service is closed and he cant do anything. My disappointment is not missed timeline, but in fact just bad experience with every person I interacted till Monday 11AM when I got my car back. Never going back there, I am even tempted to just sell my Hyundai and buy a different car where may be people have an ounce of care for their customers, so I never have to deal with another Hyundai service center, if this is the kind of service which is promoted by corporate. This feedback may not make a dent on service but hoping there is one person looking to change the dynamic and may be, just maybe no one else is treated like crap. More

Great service ! They service was timely actually got me in early. They initial inspection and documentation was swift, accurate and thorough. During service a couple items needing service were brought to my attention and completed in a very reasonable time . The wiper reservoir was noticed to be leaking so a new one was ordered and remains to be installed ! Courteous and friendly service! More
