I physically went into the dealership last week and they said they were never ordered and now it’s been another 10 days! They also changed their warranty rules, and if you don’t go to the dealership to get work done, your warranty becomes null and void. Very inconvenient and ridiculous! Sadly, I wanted to love my second experience here, but will probably not buy my next car from Arapahoe Hyundai. More
Went in to get suspension fixed on wife’s Palisade. They sent me a text saying I needed new shocks and an oil change. I said yes. Pretty disappointed with the experience. Our sales lady Wendy did not know her product and made several statements about the model we purchased and offerings that were not true. 1, told us t Our sales lady Wendy did not know her product and made several statements about the model we purchased and offerings that were not true. 1, told us the car came with upgraded Bose audio system, and that was a lie. Also said we would receive $400 credit towards in home charging install or charging credit, which was also a lie. Didn’t find out that was untrue until after signing for the sale. Could not capably tell us the difference between different trim levels. Abysmal performance on her part. Also would disappear for long intervals during the sales process with a cheerful “be right back!” Only to be gone for over 1/2 hour or more. More
