Long wait & Don't care once you leave My salesman was great but after the deal was made it took 3 hours to get into finance. We sat there forever and hungry since it was past lunch time. Once we got into finance we were told that we had to get financing through them in order to get the price on the car as we agreed upon - due to a rebate. Then, after I got the car home a week and a half later I noticed some dents on the roof and hood - this was a brand new car! To me they looked like hail dents, but we had not had any hail since I bought it. And take into consideration when we did the walk around it was sunny and the car was nice and shiny because it had been washed. So with reflection the dents were hard to see - and I am not tall enough to see on the roof. When I finally was able to speak to them about this - after 3 attempts and voicemails - another week had gone by. They said they had not had any hail and would not agree to fix it. And it had been to long. Keep in mind that this was a 2019 model and it was August 2019 so it had probably been on their lot for awhile. So there's a good chance that they had hail in the time they had it and just a few big hail stones in a storm when most hail stones may be small, could cause dents on a vehicle. I shouldn't have dents in a brand new car! So once you agree to a car, they don't care how long you have to wait to get into finance and do not care once the car leaves the lot. More

Hyundai Tuscon Rick Haak was very personable and helped get my new tuscon. He steered me away from the Kona. I’m glad he did after I drove one. They all stayed late to close the deal. Both Being in sales, we were able to be very level and straight with each other. Good car so far. If I could have, I would have gone with the Sport model. Maybe next time More

It wasn’t the typical experience where you come in and she tried pushing a car onto me. She listened to what I had to say and helped me through every step. Being new to the area also she gave me a brief history lesson of the area. Just visiting this dealership you could tell it wasn’t like others, no pushy sales, but a staff who worked with you, through every step even when you change your mind halfway through. Excellent Customer Service As soon as I walked out of my car to meet with Phillip Porrus, I was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. They directed me inside and Phil was with me right away. He got straight to the point with why I was there and no time was wasted. He was personable and extremely helpful with helping me find what my best options are for what I was looking for in regards to a new lease. Edgar Felix helped me with my financing and was very thorough. He was also very friendly and personable. I was in and out within 2 hours and left with the perfect car for me! More
Frustrating purchase process Came to purchase a 2020 Accent on August 31, 2019. Had spoken on the phone earlier in the day to Duston, but he was busy when we got there so we Came to purchase a 2020 Accent on August 31, 2019. Had spoken on the phone earlier in the day to Duston, but he was busy when we got there so we took a test drive with Van. Decided on the car we wanted and started the paperwork to purchase it. It was busy so it was a lengthy process. Van bought us some snacks while we waited. Van was very nice and friendly but did not catch 2 mistakes in the paperwork which would have cost us an extra $1099. (We were charged twice for handling fees and one of the promotions had not been subtracted.) We don't know if the mistakes were made by Van or the next person up helping him, but we would have been very upset if we had not noticed them until we got home. It was a very long wait then to complete the deal with the finance department. We were told that the wait would be 30 minutes but it stretched on and on to about 2 hours. Duston checked in with us from time to time, apologizing for the long wait and buying us cold drinks. We were told we were next in line for financing. When Brian (finance) came out of his office we said we thought we were next in line. He was very grumpy, dismissive, and had a bad attitude. We mentioned Brian to Tony (the manager on duty) and he didn't seem to care. Even though it meant waiting even longer we chose to wait and deal with a different person from finance. In the meantime, Duston was very helpful. He took us out to the new car and explained several of the features which was very good. He told us that new car buyers receive a card for one free oil change, but that he would send us cards for two free oil changes because of our poor experiences. At this point (3 weeks later) we have not received any cards for free oil changes. Overall, it was a very tiring and frustrating experience. We could have easily been overcharged and did not feel like valued customers. More
