Phillip Porras responded immediately and we scheduled a time to meet for a test ride. The car was parked out front when I arrived and Phil met me and we went over the features of the car. The G 70 is amazing! We came to terms that worked for me with a minimum of effort and I drove the car home the next day. I would definitely recommend Arapahoe Genesis and Phil Porras to potential buyers. More
Met my expectations! I live north of Denver but came down to Arapahoe Hyundai because they had the car I wanted. I had a trade that they gave me a fair price on without any negotiation and Diane did her best to get me through the buying process efficiently despite the dealership being extremely busy on a Saturday. Buying a car takes time! She was pleasant to work with, personable and knowledgeable. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about is that I didn't realize until I got home that my car had $50 wheel locks on it. Shame on me for not catching it before I signed and left, I would have had them removed. Diane did give me the paper that listed those and the all-weather mats (which I did want and noticed during my test drive), I just didn't see the locks because I was in a rush to leave. More

No Response - No acknowledgement for a Number of days Contacted Devin with questions regarding stock on a new 2019 Tucson on Aug 29th. Explained that due to a case of vertigo I can't come to the dealersh Contacted Devin with questions regarding stock on a new 2019 Tucson on Aug 29th. Explained that due to a case of vertigo I can't come to the dealership but my son and boyfriend have test driven the Tuscon several times and I was settled on the 2019 Tuscon Sport white exterior with beige/black interior. Please advise me as to the stock and provide a price quote. Well he sent an email response with absolutely no information on 8/30 and I don't hear from him until today. I know the Labor Day weekend is busy but that's rude!! He could have at least sent me a quick email as a courtesy acknowledging that and let me know my business mattered and you would get back to me with the information I requested. Not impressed with your customer service at all!! My best bet is to contact a sales manager and try a new sales person and better yet, another dealership. And yes, I’m blowing you up in reviews and wherever I can. Currently I have a disability due to the vertigo but no one should be treated this way just because the can’t come in person to the dealership. More

Great buying experience! This is an awesome dealership and our experience was wonderful. My husband talked to Brian Wheeler on the phone before we came in, and Brian was right This is an awesome dealership and our experience was wonderful. My husband talked to Brian Wheeler on the phone before we came in, and Brian was right there, warm and welcoming, when we came in. He brought the car that we were interested in to us, and told us to take our time test driving it, which we appreciated so much. We were able to test-drive it, and take it to a park nearby to look it over completely. When we came back we told him that we loved the car and would like to buy it. The dealership was so busy that day, but Brian took us right away to his desk and couldn't have been nicer and more caring during the buying process. He explained everything, and if we had any questions as we went along, he completely answered them. The whole dealership was so kind and professional, and we will definitely be back. More

I don’t have time for that also online very difficult to gets appointments. More
