After Market Warranty Service When I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe, I purchased an after market warranty from ECP Plus that covered, but not limited to, Black Trim/Molding Protection. From July 26 when I first met with Angelo Pena until September 3 when the warranty work completed, Angelo was extremely helpful and available whenever I contacted him. This last time I was told that parts were going to be tightened only and gave a verbal ok for the other work. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was charged for replacing the parts. I stated that I did not agree and was told "oh well,that's what was written down." My advice to anyone who goes to this dealer is to get a text stating the price before agreeing to have any work. done. More
