Awesome buying experience, love my new Tucson! The overall process was super simple and stress free with Arapahoe Hyundai. From the test drive to the final paperwork and driving the new car off the lot, we did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle and had a great time working with Jordan, our sales associate. The only issue was getting a fair value on my trade in, but after much back and forth we were able to land on something that felt comfortable and allowed us to proceed with the purchase. The new car itself was in great shape minus one ding on the door from being on the lot, but the Arapahoe Hyundai service team is fixing it for free and offering a loaner vehicle during the repair which makes it really convenient. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new Hyundai! More

Misrepresented We were told the car came with Apple car play and auto off headlights. It did not and no accommodation was given except apologized for being wrong. Once papers were signed, no one showed us anything about our new car, they just handed us the keys and we left. Was not a fun experience overall. More
