use to love this particular Hyundai; it’s where I bought my What’s very happy that I could leave my car without an appointment. Was told no loaner vehicle was available; so I had to rent one. Service called the next day to let me know it was a failed battery. I called back to the service Department but could not get through so I just went to the shop. Angelo said he’d check with the mechanic - we changed our mind on the new battery. He said he’d check in with mechanic and let us know if he had time to complete the service. He never came in to the waiting room to let us k ow anything so after a half hour we went back to the service desk to the manager and asked if my car was still awaiting service to find out it was ready a long time ago and Angelo was gone. I’d recommend this location but with a different sales tech. Also told Hyundai batteries last 5 (are warranties for 5 years) years then why wasn’t this covered under warranty? The car is a 2016.
