Horrible service from floor manager I went in after taking our time to find the car we wanted and we went back to them to get it once we figured that was the car. We have bought multiple cars before but this time was just horrible. Van was our sales rep who was awesome and got us everything we needed. We were at the point in deciding either to go with the discount or 0%. I asked Vincent for a break down of the rate with just a lower apt so I can see the prices and he was already frustrated. He told me that we were wasting his time and it was getting late. I got really mad and told him that I am not going to be buying a car from there since I was wasting his time and it was too late for him. I will never go back and never buy a car from this dealership ever. More

He had a lot of knowledge about the car I was interested in (it's surprising how rare that is), took me on a great test ride where he really helped me get a feel for the car, and when we were done he drove my old car back to my house for me! In total it took me only a couple of hours to come in and then leave with my car -- no complaints. More
