My hopes were hig We went to several dealerships looking for the right car in our budget. There were 2 cars at Arapahoe Hyundai on my list to look at. My hopes were high because one didn't even have a picture of the vehicle on the website, only a description. We got out of the car and began to look through the lot, it wasn't long before Van came over and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were there to look at, and added one more car to look at when we got there. Right off the bat Van was friendly and very personable. He showed us what we were there to see and even let us test drive a fun sporty car that we had no intention of buying. He wasn't in a rush to sell us something we didn't want and never tried to upsell us to any other vehicles. He allowed us to take our time and go through each car answering any questions we had. Yes, he is a car salesman, that's what he's there to do, but he understands that it's a big purchase and we have to be happy and if we don't find the right car from him unfortunately we would have to take our business elsewhere. So not once did he try to get us to look at something else to try and just make a sale. To say that Van went above and beyond is an understatement. My daughter sometimes gets car sick and unfortunately after hours of test driving she finally did, thankfully not in a car. As soon as Van saw her getting sick he ran inside and came back out with a cold bottle of water, a roll of paper towels and a wet paper towel to clean her up. Then he threw away all of the vomit towels. Overall my experience in dealing with Van was the best car buying experience I've had, I am glad we went to Arapahoe Hyundai and glad Van was our salesman, I am glad we found a car there we could buy from him so he got our business rather than one of the pushy salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships. Anyone I know in the future looking for a car, I will send to Van first!!!! Thank you for a great car buying experience Van!!!! More
