Van showed me 7 vehicles in my price range, and after the process of elimination supplied me with great detail of the remaining two vehicles to decide on. At that point I had no problem deciding which SUV I wanted, and was able to negotiate the price I was able to afford. Van was friendly, courteous and respectful throughout our experience. The Car Deal Who Gives Car Dealers a Bad Reputation Stay away from Arapahoe Hyundai. I've never posted a bad review on anyone, but this dealership is so obnoxiously dishonest, I feel I need to warn car Stay away from Arapahoe Hyundai. I've never posted a bad review on anyone, but this dealership is so obnoxiously dishonest, I feel I need to warn car buyers. I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. There was a small chip in the windshield behind the mirror. I was told that it had been repaired and that if anything went wrong they would take care of it. A week later, I had a crack running the full length of the windshield. It turned out, the chip had not been repaired. It would have been such an easy fix at dealer prep. After several trips to the dealership with evidence of our conversation about the chip and a timeline of sequence of events, they said sorry, we are not willing to do anything for you. Just one week off of their lot and I have to buy a new windshield because they are too cheap and corrupt to take care of a problem that was clearly their fault. Worse, they treated me like I was completely worthless, made me wait long periods of time to speak to anyone, even when it was super slow and there were no customers at the dealership. Lastly, they offered to extend a special price for fixing it, “to help me out”. Their special dealer price was more than retail at a local auto glass company that my wife and I have both used in the past. They're dishonest, greedy and rude. If in the market for a Hyundai, I would suggest finding another dealer. More
