A trying experience If this wasn’t the only Genesis dealer in Denver I would have walked. The finance person was obnoxious. Communication is key My vehicle was in the shop for more than two months and nobody ever contacted me; I had to initialize every contact. The only communication initiated My vehicle was in the shop for more than two months and nobody ever contacted me; I had to initialize every contact. The only communication initiated by Hyundai was a text to let me know it was ready. During those 2+ months, I had to pay almost $3 a day for my part of the rental, and had to make my monthly loan payments. I paid over $1000 for a vehicle that was in for warranty work. More
