The technician on the phone was at first a bit short with me, but in the end told I called on Friday to make a last minute appointment for a bad tire. The technician explained the process, asked if I had a service plan. I did, and he made it his priority to get it taken care of pretty quick. I only waited probably an hour and a half. I have no doubt about this. I really wasn't looking to buy at all since I was pretty happy with my Crosstrek. But, after being shown the 2019 Kona (ultimate) I was so impressed, I traded in my Crosstrek right then and there. Of course, it took a while for all the paperwork to be completed, but I drove home a very happy camper! More
