Do not buy from here - they did not keep their word! Bought a car from them a year ago and they agreed to replace the timing belt and components. They chose to cut corners and NOT replace a vital part. Now that part has gone bad and they refuse to do anything about it or make it right. They essentially told me "too bad, we don't do that". Every mechanic I've spoken to says it should be replaced along with the timing belt. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY WILL NOT KEEP THEIR WORD! More
Nice sales person and professional I chosed to buy car and sell my old car to Arapahoe Hyundia because I like to deal with sales person (Phil) because he is professional, nice, and not I chosed to buy car and sell my old car to Arapahoe Hyundia because I like to deal with sales person (Phil) because he is professional, nice, and not pushy person. Only thing I recommend from him focus on one customer and give more time for one customer at a time to ask questions and answers specially this car I bought it has many cool options and I need to know them from sales person instead of he jumping between more than one customers and I didn't have chances to ask him. Other thing I didn't like it in this dealer the way that finance guy (Brain) used it with me. He was jerk and pushy person. He tried to pushy me in unprofessional way to buy warranty to my new car and he pissed off two times because I didn't buy warranty to my new car and second time when he wrote the wrong price to my used car that I want to sell to him and I told him to correct it. This guy should not be working in professional and good dealer like Arapahoe dealer. Finally I recommend this dealer to my friends because there is good and nice person like Phil in spite of unprofessional person like finance guy (Brain). More

Long wait I had a pre-scheduled appointment for a quick software update which was supposed to take a max of about an hour. After 1.5 hours I sought an explanat I had a pre-scheduled appointment for a quick software update which was supposed to take a max of about an hour. After 1.5 hours I sought an explanation for the wait because I noted that other customers were coming and going from the waiting room rather quickly. My service advisor apologized; he had made a mistake. (I am of the impression that my vehicle had been sitting there in the room with the service advisors for a long time waiting for something.) So the visit lasted 2 hours. It was not an impressive initial visit to this dealership but I will likely give them another chance. More

I held the dealership accountable to what they told me. Every time I would reach out to have a warranty item replaced I would be ignored for several weeks. I would only get a response by escalating to higher levels of the dealership. The last time I escalated to the General Manager who also didn’t have the decency to respond to me. But, magically the warranty approval I had been trying to get for over a month was approved the day I reached out to the General Manager. More
