Hyundai is one of the Big Boys now. I left a 5 star review 3 years ago and still believe that reflected my experience. I have bought 4 Hyundaii cars, 3 at this dealership. I don’t plan o I left a 5 star review 3 years ago and still believe that reflected my experience. I have bought 4 Hyundaii cars, 3 at this dealership. I don’t plan on coming back. I had the same salesman, good guy, much more polished said many times, “What can I do to get you in this vehicle?” Or something to that effect. I turned in a lease. I received many papers in the mail with offer of $500 against damage and $400 against disposition fee. My contract said that the return fee was $0. Semantics! Apparently, that deal is only if I financed through Hyundai. I imagine it said that in tiny print on the mailers. I bought a used car and went with The offer from the finance guy. Same guy I had last time. Good guy. I had excellent credit and they gave me the best deal. Awesome. It was better than Hyundai financing. Cool. Around two weeks later I get a bill from Hyundai Motor Finance. I owe around $500 for wear and tear and including disposition fee. Since I didn’t finance through Hyundai it looks like I will have to pay. I am sure all of this was legal. I should have read the fine print. I am curious about the fact the contract said I owed $0 yet I still had a disposition fee. Like I said, the guys who helped me were good guys. BUT, I first came to Hyundai because the guys were cool and the cars were less expensive and a good value. Now Hyundai is priced like every other manufacturer. They play games with small print and obfuscation. I went their specifically because of the $900 in leas return incentives. I said so as I bought my car. $500 is not life changing, but is annoying and I feel Hyundai will do whatever they have to to squeeze every dollar out of the customer. Welcome to the new American way. Make a buck any way you can at the expense of the little people. My next car will not be a Hyundai. More

Van showed me the vehicle I had been looking at and let me explore the car. Van really worked with me to get what I was looking for. He treated me as a friend not as a customer. Great Experience! I looked for new and used Sonatas for weeks and searched dealerships throughout the Southwest US and Arapahoe wsa the best price in the whole region. I looked for new and used Sonatas for weeks and searched dealerships throughout the Southwest US and Arapahoe wsa the best price in the whole region. I originally wanted to find a gently used car that was only a year old with under 8-10K miles but found that buying a brand new car from this dealership was around the same cost as used. Rick Haak was so easy to work with and upfront and clear on all details and pricing. Getting the true and real price of the car at other dealerships was very difficult and time consuming and exhausting, but Rick had my answers in minutes and was a joy to work with. He even took time on his day off to answer my texts and calls. Great experience for a car purchase. More
