Will never return. Was not happy with experience. Sale person was very helpful and friendly I did like him. But problem was we agreed on a dollar amount for car at 5:15 Was not happy with experience. Sale person was very helpful and friendly I did like him. But problem was we agreed on a dollar amount for car at 5:15 didn’t leave until 9:30. It took 4 people and three hours to write up paper work for a cash sale no financing was needed. While waiting I went to move the used car I bought and check engine light came on. Staff seemed upset with me that it came on, and were not willing to do anything about it (luckily it was just fuel cap so a 11$ fix). Staff didn’t communicate with each other. We agreed on a way to pay. Someone else came to collect money and wanted something different than what we agreed on. Finally got that settled and left. Next day was looking throughout car and found moldy food under back seat. After they charge a $599.00 fee for handling and cleaning. Ended up spending an hour an half to clean car after I had to pay them the cleaning fee. Over all they I feel like i bought a car from a little buy here pay here shop. They were very unprofessional. More

Front Desk Service people are awesome! Servicers not so much Everything was great until Darrin told me about my missing “Engine Cover”. I wanted to know what that was so Darrin walked out to show me and when he Everything was great until Darrin told me about my missing “Engine Cover”. I wanted to know what that was so Darrin walked out to show me and when he opened the hood, the hard fabric piece that is supposed to be attached to the inside of my hood with little black buttons, was just hanging on by 3 buttons. Darrin tried fixing it and more buttons fell out. He was nice enough to go get more buttons and reattach it, as I stood there holding it up. It appears the old buttons that were easily coming out had now been replaced with more sturdy ones so at least that issue was fixed by him. Not sure why the people performing the service on my Santa Fe wouldn’t have done it... Anyway, he then proceeded to show me where this engine cover should be and as big as it is, we decided that there is NO WAY it could have fallen off and onto the road during a drive. He asked me if I had other work done on my car and I have not opened my hood once since the oil change. So that tells me that the last time I got an oil change, the service people never put it back on. The men at the front desk of the service department are AWESOME, however due to the inside hood cover and my engine cover missing, I am now lacking confidence in the people actually doing the work on my vehicle. More
