Finance manager ruined the entire experience While my sales person, Clarissa, was amazing and went above and beyond, the entire experience was ruined by the finance person, Bill, who not only use While my sales person, Clarissa, was amazing and went above and beyond, the entire experience was ruined by the finance person, Bill, who not only used pushy and underhanded and unethical tactics, but actually became verbally rude and offensive when I told him I did not want to purchase extended warranty insurance or any other back end products for him. He also rushed through all the paperwork without explaining anything and, of course, once at home, the price we were told was higher than what we paid. While the sales team works hard, it appears that the finance department uses underhanded tactics. Because of this, I can not recommend this dealership. More

Leo Zombek the Floor Manager remembered me from wh We LOVE leasing our cars from Arapahoe Hyundai, I'm on my 3rd Tucson and my wife is on her 2nd one. Leo Zombek the Floor Manager remembered me from when I'd bring my Tucson in for service and I'd stop by the showroom to see the new cars. He'd ask how I was enjoying my Tucson and to come back when my lease was up, he promised that it'd be a GREAT experience and he was right! Leo had me work with Jordan Appler who was just Fantastic and very patient...We kept driving over to the other lots since I really wanted another black Tucson but I couldn't get it in my budget so I ended up getting a white one instead! Jordan was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He explained all of the features and technology on the new car and eagerly presented my pricing proposals during the negotiations. I didn't get the car on the same day because my wife needed to be involved, so Mr Zombek gave me his cell phone number and some preliminary figures to work with regarding my trade-in and the leasing terms on the new vehicle since he was going to be off the next day. Needless to say, everything worked out smoothly with Jordan and Tony Saccomano completing the transaction, I'm VERY SATISFIED!!!! More
