We knew what we were looking for with financing and what type of vehicle we wanted, so we were able to walk right into Brian’s office, a finance manager, and describe our situation. He listened attentively regarding our concerns and our desires then passed us off to the most amazing sales woman Clarissa while he worked on our financing. She was fabulous! She showed us our options, listened to our woes and the best part was that she was never up our backsides insisting on this, that or the other. She left us alone when we needed and explained things as the process proceeded. She was wonderful! Brian and Clarissa worked very hard to get us what we wanted allowing us to walk out of Arapahoe Hyundai with a brand new car, affordable financing and restored faith in the “typical car salesperson” reputation.
