I was disappointed as the advertised price of the vehicle (2018 Elantra) was not the "cash" price of the vehicle, and I had to finance it, to get the price I wanted. Additionally, I received the minimum for the vehicle I traded in. Overall, I feel that I received a good deal, but I didn't leave the dealership thinking that I received the best deal possible. More

Very knowledgable and responsible I initially ran into the sales manager who answered several of my question regarding 2-3 vehicles I was looking at. He sent Ryan Harrison over to help me with questions. I ended up test driving 2 cars - both were excellent. I decided on the 2016 Hyundai Tucson and we began the purchase process. It was painless but it did take some time as they were very busy selling cars on Saturday. Once I got to the Finance guy, Bernard Blake, I was offered some choices for vehicle protection. It was well explained and I chose the package best suited for me. I love the Tucson and after driving for 2 days here locally, I am getting almost 26 mpg. I did not trade my car in as I know I can sell it for more than the trade-in offer. I am a happy customer and I will continue to use the dealership for all service requirements. More

3 days in the shop to just replace battery! Because of this experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from Arapahoe Hyundai! My car was towed in via Hyundai Roadside Assistance because it Because of this experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from Arapahoe Hyundai! My car was towed in via Hyundai Roadside Assistance because it was inoperable. Tow truck driver tried to jump my car with no luck. Towed to Arapahoe Hyundai and was told that they would check battery right away to get vehicle back on road ASAP. Asked for rental and was not available...was told I have to book a few weeks out. Obviously I was not planning on my vehicle not working when I started my day. In addition, no one called me to inform of status, called next day to check on status and ask for rental...once again one was not available and no update on car. At the end of the second day, I called again for status update and was told that they were not able to run any diagnostics as battery was dead and would not get accurate results. No one thought to call me earlier in the day to tell me about the battery!! Gave approval for battery and never heard anything. Frustrated, I left a message for service manager to call me. Day three, no return call from service manager and no update on my car....once again, no rental car available! I called mid afternoon to check on status and was told car done; just replaced battery. No one called to tell me it was ready; I had to initiate call! Asked to speak with facility GM on Saturday and was told he was unavailable and would be back on Monday and had no voicemail to leave message. Rep told me they would pass my message along...still no return call! I refuse to give Arapahoe Hyundai a single star as they failed in all aspects of customer service! More
