The only issue we had was that their isn't any credit given for being a repeat customer - especially for a 4th timer. The deal we cut was no different than for anyone walking in off the street. Leo did throw in some free oil changes, which he didn't have to do, but it would be a good management play if they had something for repeat customers. More

new car purchase we had already driven this model at another locations and this place had the color we wanted.. while did arrive earlier than we had told them they did we had already driven this model at another locations and this place had the color we wanted.. while did arrive earlier than we had told them they did not have the car ready and we waited while they went and got it from across the street. Test drive was fine but OMG paying for it took forever!! apparently they only had one guy working and we waited and waited. I was almost ready to leave. Other than the waiting the experience was fine Problem we have encountered is the sunroof does not work and I just have not had time to take it in I felt that during the finance part the guy was trying to scare me into buying the extended warranty.. said things like "well some of us don;t have money just laying around" when I said I would hope the car would not breakdown after the regular warranty expired. He did tell us we HAD to take the car to a dealer to have it worked on or it would violate any warranty.. then later slipped it in later that it had to be a certified mechanic More
