Battery test Battery lost charge after 7 days in garage in August. New Vehicle Purchase "2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate" Brian Wheeler was excellent to work with. He accommodated my need for a remote test drive experience. Brian is knowledgeable of the vehicle and performed the setup on all the essential navigation and safety screens. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. We had a question regarding the HTRAC AWD system and at least two people from service were brought into the office and tried to explain the specifics. Basically the bottom line on the HTRAC, they said it is as good as the Subaru symmetrical AWD. More

Extraordinary Service Team I took my 2015 Santa Fe Hyundai to the "other guys", twice!! Huge mistake! The other guys (who were closer to my house), had my car twice and gave me I took my 2015 Santa Fe Hyundai to the "other guys", twice!! Huge mistake! The other guys (who were closer to my house), had my car twice and gave me a song and dance and said they couldn't get my air conditioner to blow hot like it was doing for me. The second time took it in to them, they told me they drove it "a lot" and again that "sometimes these cars just do that". They told me the loaded my A/C with a little freon since it was low. I found that amazing when I picked it up., I had the same mileage as when I dropped it off! Need less to say, I was furious and took my car over to Arapahoe Hyundai. The whole team from the moment I took my car in were courteous and professional! They told me that it could possibly have a leak and in order to find out, they would have to load it with freon and dye to find the leak and then figure out what I wanted to do from there. I will not ever take my car to any other service dealer beside Arapahoe Hyundai! these guys are awesome and I want to "shout out" to not only Mark Anderson, but special shout out to Andrew, Chad and Jordan for making a really bad week so much better. I can't thank you guys enough. BTW "here's to you" Andrew!! You reminded me there are still good and kind people in this crazy world!! More
