Matt did the check and said I only needed a knock sensor which was replaced at the Parker shop. I talked to them and they will order replace the sensor. Nick came out as we arrived; he was friendly, but not pushy. We told him what we wanted (a Santa Fe SE in Storm Blue), he brought it up, and we went for a test drive. Nick showed us all the bells and whistles, answered all our questions, and let my husband drive for a bit. It was love at first sight, and an hour later the car was ours. How easy can it get! More
