Going to cost a fortune for an aftermarket stereo and the manager did not care, got attitude with me and so far has done nothing about it. The car also is making a squealing noise, vibrating on turns, and what not. All of which I wasnt aware of. This car needs work they didnt make me aware of and I'm livid. I drove an hour to buy this car and they will be giving me some of my money back for the repairs I'm going to be making. If they decide to cooperate. If not, I just took a big L. They truly care and work with you, and can honestly get you into something amazing & new, and for the same monthly price as those beat up dealerships trying to lease you a 2005 Chevy Malibu with 250,000 miles on it! They even gave my mom a $200 check, for referring me, and told me I would get the same for bringing someone to them! I love my 2017 Hyundai Elantra! More
Disappointing I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT with 41,000 miles on it. This was a CPO vehicle. Not even 24 hours off the lot and I already have to call I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT with 41,000 miles on it. This was a CPO vehicle. Not even 24 hours off the lot and I already have to call roadside assistance for an inoperable vehicle. I would think they would bend over backwards to help me out, but it is essentially now my problem. I can have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to have it looked at and/or I can bring the car back to the dealership to trade it back in (which still requires having it repaired first). While I get legally they don't have to do anything, in this case it seems like it would be the right thing to do to unwind this deal. As a CPO, it shouldn't have mechanical issues less than 24 hours off the lot. I also didn't love the practice of showing prospective buyers the small monthly payment numbers as opposed to the big picture numbers of how much you are actually spending overall for the vehicle. More

Horrible customer service - disrespectful I purchased my Santa Fe 18-months ago. We discussed the 100,000 mile warranty in great detail. It is the entire reason I went with Hyundai. Now that my car won’t go over 30MPH I took it in for service. Suddenly they claim I don’t have a warranty and want almost $3000 to fix a new car. When I asked to speak to the manager the director of sales took my call. I guess he felt because I am a woman he could speak down to me and treat me with no respect. He was incredibly rude and acted as if I was only good to fix dinner and do the wash. I am a highly educated woman and I am offended by his tone, choice of words, and treating me as if I am clueless. He assured me he would contact the corporate office and after 6-days I have yet to hear another word from the service center. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Buyer beware. Spend your money where you will be valued as a customer and respected. Shameful business going on here. More
