The Best Car Buying Experience, Ever!! My car buying involved visits to non-Hyundai dealerships in the Denver metro area. What a mistake, as their sales representative knew less about thei My car buying involved visits to non-Hyundai dealerships in the Denver metro area. What a mistake, as their sales representative knew less about their models than I. Knowing nothing about Hyundai, before I visited Arapahoe Hyundai, my research revealed very good reviews by previous buyers. I thought these reviews were too good to be true. But, after only my first visit to Arapahoe Hyundai I was amazingly surprised...the reviews were correct. As I drove onto their lot I wasn't hounded by sale representatives. I was able to quickly browse their new car and SUV inventory. When Diane Dreher welcomed us there was no pressure for a sale. It was like talking to a family member. We asked questions and she had all the detailed answers. The second visit we had our model selection narrowed, and again was able to walk the lot comparing TUCSON SEL+ models, very good selections in their inventory. We coordinated our third visit after selecting the specific TUCSON. As part of my selection I stopped in the Service department where I was welcomed by Paul Grace. He answered all my service questions. By then Diane had the TUCSON ready for our test drive. Fantastic experience for my wife and I. It's almost like Arapahoe Hyundai has their own "test track" in their neighborhood, permitting us to make all kinds of maneuvers. We were offered the opportunity to take an extended test drive, but by then I had already made the buying decision. When we returned we were given the opportunity to look over the TUCSON at our leisure as Diane returned to the showroom. Having made the decision to buy, the process was quick and stress free. When I mentioned Diane to Michelle Slump she was very polite as she reassured us we had one of their best sale representatives. Although the finance process was after their closing, Bernard Blake, finance manager was in no hurry and very willing to present the details of the sale to include the multiple service options available to meet all budgets. Diane was very gracious and offered us the opportuning to return the following morning to go over the TUCSON features. I know Arapahoe Hyundai has set the standard for all car dealerships in the Denver metro area to meet and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your car buying needs. He was extremely detailed and went over the car thoroughly before I took it for a test drive. And I mean thoroughly!! He showed me every bell and whistle and how everything works before I jumped into the driver's seat. He was a no-pressure sales person, but really wanted to earn my business. He was very timely on his follow-up emails with me when I had questions. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Chris was willing to work with me on the best deal that he could offer. When I brought my car back for window tinting and clear bra install, he had a loaner car lined up....same car as I had just purchased to make it "easy for me to drive". I am very happy with the dealership and their customer service. More

The car was ready to be test driven and the salesman and sales manager were more than willing to work with a number I could live with while maintaining my auto needs.
