Not what they seem. I bought a new 2018 Hyundai Tucson, traded in a 2007 Tucson. I was given a $2000 trade-in allowance. My salesperson seemed very personable and helpful I bought a new 2018 Hyundai Tucson, traded in a 2007 Tucson. I was given a $2000 trade-in allowance. My salesperson seemed very personable and helpful. After I left the dealership, my son indicated he would like to buy the 2007 Tucson. I called Arapahoe Hyundai to purchase back my vehicle and they told me it would be 3250 plus tax. This was less than 24 hours after I bought the new vehicle. Clearly, they are no different than the stereotypical car dealerships, putting profit over integrity and trying to gouge their customers. The niceness is just a façade, another angle to use on unwitting customers. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them; it is definitely the last. Don't let them fool you like they fooled me. More
