I When I spend $27000 on a vehicle, I expect to be treated with the utmost repect no matter who I deal with. When I have a concwrn about my financing. I expect some assurance that my concerns are addressed appropriately and not be treated like I am burdening you. Your finance specialist Bill Surina needs a HUGE ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT and you need to deal with him. He alone is making me second guess my purchase through your dealership. I was concerned about my preapproval for up to 25k but when I went over that, I just called to see if everything woukd be ok or would I need to do something on my end to get fixed. His attitude was like "why is this such an issue with you to get it done?" SERIOUSLY??? I have every right to make sure things are in place because if not, God forbid I get in an accident and while I do have insurance, if the gap somehow was not set up because if there was an issue with financing and having to start an app or contract over, I don't want to drive my vehicle until I am certain everything is right. DO NOT TREAT ME LIKE A BURDEN WHEN I HAVE A LEGIT CONCERN!!! I am in customer service and yes I get stressed out to but I still act like a professional and give my best customer service because that is my job! Your salesperson Brian was great to work with. I hope when I take my vehicle in for window tinting and service on the 15th that I have no issues, but if I do, I will be speaking to the general manager. Again $27000 sale shoe me some respect when I have valid concerns. Thank you. More

Talk about trying to screw the customer. We originally inquired about a 2018 Hyundai Accent the dealer had for sale. We were contacted by Lucas the Online Sales Manager for this location. Luc We originally inquired about a 2018 Hyundai Accent the dealer had for sale. We were contacted by Lucas the Online Sales Manager for this location. Lucas sent over information on several vehicles that were available, and explained the best internet price he was able to offer before we responded to the location. We responded several weeks after the initial conversation with Lucas, as my wife and I work different schedules and have a hard time getting time off together, all of which was explained to Lucas from the beginning. One of the vehicles Lucas had sent over was a 2018 Hyundai Accent and advised the best price he could do on the vehicle was $11,600 before taxes and dealer and handler fees. My wife and I were planning on going down last Saturday (08/04/2018) to look at the vehicle we were interested in. That afternoon I received another call from Lucas asking if we were planning on coming down, and we advised him yes and confirmed the vehicle was still available. Lucas confirmed the availability of the vehicle and said he would put it aside for our arrival. Upon responding we looked at the vehicle, test drove the vehicle and decided we wanted to purchase the car. When sitting down to discuss the price, Lucas then explained the vehicle was now priced at $12,815 before taxes and dealer and handler fees. I explained to Lucas he had already provided the price verbally and over email for $11,600. Lucas went on to explain the incentives for the vehicle were no longer available and the new price was $12,815. After an hour of negotiations, we were able to get the vehicle for $11,800, but honestly we were not very happy with having to waste over an hour of our time negotiating a price and paying more than originally promised. To me it seemed pretty ridiculous. Before filling out any of the credit applications, I spoke with Lucas about financing offers and what the rates were coming in for financing a new vehicle. Lucas explained the current rates had gone up .5% since the prior week, but explained the highest he had seen was 5.9% which was for people who didn't have the best credit. Before responding, I checked with a local bank and was advised with a credit score over 700, the rates should be coming in around 3.5% give or take .5%. After running our credit, we were told the credit score came in well over 700 and should be good to go for financing. Upon sitting down with the financing rep, he told us we got approved for the loan at a 7.29% financing rate. Honesty at first I thought I miss heard the gentleman and asked him to confirm what he had said. The financing rep. explained he ran the loan through several banks and advised Hyundai's financing was the best rate available. Not believing this was true I asked the financing rep to show me the pre-approvals from the other banks. The financing rep became obviously concerned as he realized we did not believe the best rate available was through Hyundai financing. Instead of showing us the pre-approval letters from the other banks as we requested, he began pulling out documents from books that were stored away on selves to try and show us why we were getting charged a 7.29% rate. Again I asked him to show me the pre-approved letters from the other banks, as I did not believe he was being truthful with us and was trying to screw my wife and I out of more money. After several more requests to see the pre-approved letters, the financing rep showed us two different banks, and to my surprise both of the banks had a lower interest rate than he told us was available. At that point I became upset and told the financing rep he just proved he was trying to screw my wife and I out of more money. The rep went on to say he was not, and when they sell the loan they tack on an additional 2% in interest to the customer, as a fee for selling the loan. As most would know, this is not a real thing. I have purchased multiple vehicles in my time, and this was the first time a dealer had attempted to make additional money when selling the loan to a bank. After requesting to speak to a manager, the manager was trying to explain all dealerships tack on 2% to a loan when they sell the loan to a bank. Again becoming more frustrated, I told the manager and financial rep, they were trying to screw the customer and we were no longer interested in purchasing a vehicle from these crocks. All of a sudden, we were told they would approve us for just over a 4% interest rate. Wow crazy how a dealer can do that, when we were initially told they have no say in what a bank approves an interest rate at. We eventually decided to purchase the vehicle, and while the finishing touches were being addressed, I observed the same manager trying to pull the same wool over another customers eyes. Explaining that they got approved for a much higher interest rate than expected, but again the dealer had no say in the interest rate that a bank pre-approves. Basically this dealer will sell you a cheaper vehicle than most other dealers can, but get the money back by screwing the customers on a ridiculously high interest rate. I would never recommend a dealer like this to anyone, the sales rep was okay, but the financing side of this dealership was Fraud. More
