Lousy I recently took my Tucson in for the regularly scheduled maintenance (at 7:00 AM) as I typically do, when I arrived I was greeted by "What can we do f I recently took my Tucson in for the regularly scheduled maintenance (at 7:00 AM) as I typically do, when I arrived I was greeted by "What can we do for you today"? I proceeded to tell the service writer I'm here to have the scheduled maintenance performed, the 1st thing out of his mouth was "Did you schedule an appointment? Then when I mentioned to him that the vehicle has a hesitation when accelerating, I would like you to look at, he told me, "We can't look at that today, you will have to schedule another appointment and come back". Terrible way to be greeted by a dealership that proclaims to want your business! More
