2 months and still waiting for a call When we leased our car, we added the service to our monthly payment. That would include windshield replacement in case of need. We had a golf size hail storm where I live and destroyed the windshield. I immediately called Arapahoe Hyundai service center. Their first response was “we don’t do windshields”. I then asked who does and that somebody should facilitate the replacement since it should be done at no cost as part of my service plan. They told me somebody would call me. Nobody did. I called the next day. Same response. After calling several times I was told that they would take my name and contact the company that does windshield replacements and they would contact me to schedule it. Never happened. I called again and was transferred to a “Paul” that was responsible for scheduling those. Hi guaranteed me that he would contact me and let me know when I could have the windshield replaced. Two months and I’m still waiting for the call. Now, I had to pay to replace the windshield since I could not use my plan. Are they gonna give me the money I had to pay for a service that should not have costed me anything? I also need to have the windshield tinted again (which, guess? Yup, it’s part of what I’m paying). I have no hopes that it will happen. All an all dealing with this place, from their financing department to the service center, has left a bad place in my mouth. And I regret every day the unfortunate idea of trading my car and using this dealership. I don’t recommend it at all. More
