Wonderful car buying experience! I initially went in to Arapahoe Hyundai when my older Elantra was having some issues. I decided instead to trade in my Elantra, and I was given a great trade-in amount considering the amount of work my car actually needed. The car buying experience was seamless. I worked with a wonderful salesperson, Diane. She spent a lot of time going over my options, so that I fully understood each part of the sale. This was my first time buying a car without the help of my parents, so I definitely appreciated all of the explanations. I drove away with a pretty new Tucson, and am so happy with my purchase. Diane personally called me the very next day to follow up and see if I had any questions. Each person I interacted with was so friendly and I felt very comfortable the whole time.
