Saved me from certain tragedy I've been dealing with this team for almost 5 years and I'm not sure I would take my cars anywhere else! Matt apologized for 'scaring' me, but I welcomed his honesty on what could happen if a mishap occurred with my car if not addressed. Also, I owe Paul a 'Thank you!' for cutting me a break on the charges for diagnosing my car, as I know he knew the $4000+ estimate for the repairs my car needed, was hardship enough for me that day. I asked Paul for his recommendation on a car to trade in my Santa Fe for and explained what I thought might work for me. Only downside was the "detailing" of the new auto. The first attempt was so poor that Michelle set up another a few days later. On the second attempt the top of the car was not touched (visibly dirty) and mud was left on the drivers floor mat. I believe the dealership subcontracts this service to an outside vendor. They should consider changing providers. More

He walked the lot with us until we found a couple that looked like they would work. The first one we test drove was the one. Everybody knows that that is the fun part of buying a car……it’s when you go inside and sit down that things get stressful, but not here. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the most UN-stressful, UN-complicated car deal that we have had the pleasure of being involved with.
