Why so long?? I leased my car last year from Arapahoe Hyundai and now need to have regular oil changes as required by the lease (and the operators manual). I brought in my car before for it's first oil change to Arapahoe Hyundai and it took 1 1/2 hours then. I have no idea why it was so long, but it was. After all I can go to the Grease xxxxxx down the street from my house and get a new filter and oil in 20 minutes, 40 if they have a car or two in front of me. So my oil change came due again this week. They had sent me a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation on a great deal so I thought I would give them a second chance and made an appointment for 7:00 AM when they first open. I was told that it would be about an hour. So finally at 9:00, they tell me the car is ready. Well ok, but now I was late to work. I can definitely see wny it would take longer if I just dropped in and they had a garage full of cars already, but I had an appointment in the first slot of the day and it still took 2 hours. While they provided all the services requested at a great price, I can only give 3 stars as it just takes way to long to get in and out. More

Definitely Recommend for Sales and Service I've been taking my Hyundai Azera to Arapahoe Hyundai for servicing the past few years, always a positive experience. Recently I visited several time I've been taking my Hyundai Azera to Arapahoe Hyundai for servicing the past few years, always a positive experience. Recently I visited several times to consider and ultimately purchase a newer Hyundai Azera; Lucas was awesome to work with, very patiently answering the many questions I had every time I came in. Same experience working with Bernard on financing, both Lucas and Bernard were always friendly and very helpful (as was John, who stepped in once or twice when I showed up unannounced and Lucas was unavailable). I admit I would have preferred more time to consider the pros and cons of additional options (e.g. extended warranty) although over all, everyone I have met there has been great and I have no concerns with recommending this dealership to others. More

Absolutely awesome. I give my 5 star rating to lou and Kevin for doing everything they could to end my fiancee and I affair with rtd bus service.
