2nd time is the charm? I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but I will have to bring the car back in the shop on Monday to get this mechanical issue looked at again. I brought I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but I will have to bring the car back in the shop on Monday to get this mechanical issue looked at again. I brought the car in on Thursday and I was told it was the temperature sensor that's broken and causing all the problem, so we got it replaced, cool. After $250, I still have the same problem, not sure what else I can do except bring it back in and hope there's not another part I have to replace for a few hundred dollars and end up not fixing anything again... I don't mind spending the money, but I would rather save that money towards a new car. This is not good... More

Bad job with lease return Vince did not made sure my lease return was complete and I got billed for a missing payment. I had done the early lease return program and she should Vince did not made sure my lease return was complete and I got billed for a missing payment. I had done the early lease return program and she should have made sure everything was in order. I also advised him of scuffs on the wheels of the retuned car, and that I had protection plan to cover it. Over two months later I got a bill and he said sorry nothing I can do. More
