3rd Hyundai I just got my 3rd Hyundai from Arapahoe Hyundai. Unresolved Issue & Terrible Service I took my car in twice for the same issue. Both times it was not resolved. The second time, they had my car 4 days and when I needed it back, they had I took my car in twice for the same issue. Both times it was not resolved. The second time, they had my car 4 days and when I needed it back, they had no service notes or idea what was or was not done. They had me pick it up and just sent me off on my 2,000 mile road trip with no attempt to make it right or follow up. More

Hyundai Kona Purchase I found the exact Kona Ultimate in inventory at Arapahoe Hyundai and Lucas put a hold on it so my Wife and I could take it for a test drive. Everone w I found the exact Kona Ultimate in inventory at Arapahoe Hyundai and Lucas put a hold on it so my Wife and I could take it for a test drive. Everone we encountered at the dealership was helpful while we waited for Lucas to finish with another customer. Lucas was very knowledgeable about the Kona and patiently went over the many options on the car. We test drove it and decided to negotiate a deal on the car and our trade-in. Everything went smoothly and we felt that Lucas got a reasonable offer for us. We love our Kona and really appreciate the time spent with us going over the operation of all options! Avoid the service department if you can. Unprofessional I bought my vehicle (2016 Tuscon) at this dealership and have been satisfied with my purchase so far. Recently I noticed a humming noise coming from t I bought my vehicle (2016 Tuscon) at this dealership and have been satisfied with my purchase so far. Recently I noticed a humming noise coming from the front of the vehicle. I brought it in to this dealership to have it serviced to find out the problem. I was told by the service advisor through text message that the front tires were rotated to the back and the noise went away. I received another text message later that day stating that the service on my vehicle was completed and ready to pick up. When I picked up my vehicle I immediately recognized the noise was still present. It was very disappointing to find out I had been told it was fixed and it wasn't in actuality. When considering I purchased this vehicle from Arapahoe Hyundai, I expect to have received better service. Also when I called them back to follow up on the problem they told me it would be another 9 days before they could get me in to see about it.
