Service was good but slow Vincent always goes beyond expectations in any issue with my new Santa Fe. The repair service was slow, two days for a seat rattle was excessive, howe Vincent always goes beyond expectations in any issue with my new Santa Fe. The attention to detail fell a bit short in the service department when pieces from the repair were on the floor mat instead of back on the seat where they belonged. I'm also not sure when my vehicle was completed because I never got a phone call from the service department. More
