Seth Ringstad was awesome. He had two Santa Fe Calligraphy’s waiting for us in different interior colors. Loved the Conquina Beige was beautiful! Quick negotiation and we were on to financing wit Calligraphy’s waiting for us in different interior colors. Loved the Conquina Beige was beautiful! They “lost” my daughters loan,waited 2months, nothing was sent to us on where to make our payment and we had to call them and no one seemed to know where the loan was. Then they told her to just make a paym sent to us on where to make our payment and we had to call them and no one seemed to know where the loan was. Then they told her to just make a payment to them, now her payment is lost that she made to the dealership and she is getting charged late fees from the bank we didn’t choose to begin with.my daughter was pre approved when we walked in there but they insisted on going with another lender. Should have listened to my gut, but my daughter needed a car. We were “played” the entire time we were there. Poured on the charm then screwed us over. Bad dealership, beware!!! More
