Honest, Fair and Respectful I purchased a new Kona Hyundai from Arapahoe Hyundai and I am very happy with my experience! I was treated with respect by both the floor manager, Le I purchased a new Kona Hyundai from Arapahoe Hyundai and I am very happy with my experience! I was treated with respect by both the floor manager, Leo, and by Bjorn, who sold me the car. Arapahoe Hyundai had a huge inventory of Kona's and I was able to get the model, exterior car color, interior colors, and features that I wanted. Bjorn spent quite a bit of time searching their various lots for the car I was most interested in, he patiently answered all of my questions, and he let me test drive different Kona's so that I could make some comparisons. Leo indicated that they would beat any price in the state for the same car, which they did. There was no price haggling, no high pressure sales, just a straight-forward transaction. The vehicle had a little bit of hail damage, which they repaired a few days after I purchased the vehicle. They also gave me a hail damage discount on the car when I purchased it. I appreciate the time and energy they devoted to the sell of this new vehicle. Everyone I encountered at Arapahoe Hyundai was kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgable. Thanks to Leo, Bjorn, and the other employees who were involved in this transaction! I love my new Kona! More

Oil change I took my car in yesterday morning and got a text in 30 mins that it was done. I couldn't believe how fast it was and know that next time I don't have to worry about getting a loaner car. I can't remember the gentleman who helped me (I think it was Chad Niles) but it's the second time I've acquainted with him on maintenance. He was very professional, kind, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to. His customer service was superb and I would like to continue future schedule maintenances with him. It's great customer service that will definitely push me to buy another Hyundai again at this location. I feel that employees who treat their clients well is most deserving of recognition and a great pay increase. Everyone works hard every day and only a few shines through. More
