Even though I had all the recalls taken care of the engine failed. I had 161K miles on the engine which was out of the range of the new 125K warranty Gary submitted the info and proof that I had taken care of the recalls. He went above and beyond to take care of me. "Your Hyundai performs the way it was designed, poorly" Hyundai has been telling me over and over that there is nothing wrong with my car but I continue to have issues with the transmission. There are over 400 complaints with the NHTSA regarding the 2016 Tucson transmission. After asking for proof that the recall repair actually fixed my car the service director laughed in my face and said he cant provide any proof. I explained that Hyundai is putting my family in danger and he said nothing. I followed up with "So you dont care about my family" and he said "I guess not". He then went on and said "your Hyundai performs the way it was designed, poorly". Avoid Hyundai at all costs, especially this dealership. Horrible service and sales rep who lie to make the sale. More

Then both Brian Wheeler and Devin Johnson assisted me and ultimately resulted in my purchasing a new Kona Ultimate. They were friendly, well informed about the new model Kona, answered all my questions, and offered a good price. Later Clarissa Beloff helped me with a few questions about some of the features on the instrument panel. Overall, as usual, I had an excellent experience. I have been taking my Elantras to the Service Department there for many years--and now I have a new car to bring to them. More

Service of my 2017 Elantra Probably will never come use Arapahoe Hyundai service again, Not even sure if the cabin air filter was looked at since I had set up the glove box so t Probably will never come use Arapahoe Hyundai service again, Not even sure if the cabin air filter was looked at since I had set up the glove box so the technician would have to remove the items in the glove box, when I bailed my car out I checked the glove box and every thing I had set in there had never been touched Last asked about having the detail shop remove some stains on the door panel and was told that they don't have a detail shop I thought that was sort of odd since Arapahoe Hyundai must send all new cars somewhere to be serviced for delivery Furthermore Arapahoe Hyundai put my clear bra on and tented the windows in my new 2017 Elantra More
