That said, the lesson I have learned over the years that I have been an Araphoe Hyundai customer (5 Hyundai's and 1 Genesis) is that regardless of brand, every car needs some kind of service during ownership. We will always choose a dealer based on their service department. The Araphoe Hyundai service department, and more specifically Paul, will be the reason we continue to choose this dealership. There are not nearly enough great additives to describe Paul and the work that has been done for us. More

Great Service Jordan was kind and clear in setting expectations. He called for my update at the time he indicated when I brought the car in for service. As expected the service was completed on time and they even washed my car! What a treat! More

Didn't want to do everything asked Brought in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After appointment was made, noticed A/C was acting up and so asked them to check that, too. I understood if anything was wrong that they'd have to keep the car overnight. Didn't want to do even look at the A/C, but told them I was heading out of town and needed it checked. Relented and looked at it (and actually ended up fixing it that day). But then called me about tire rotation and said I had a bubble in the rear right tires and said it should be replaced. Also recommended I replace the left rear so that I would have a matching pair. These were original tires and had only 19,000 miles on them. No discount on new tires for tires that I thought should still be under warranty. Had to order tires and kept car for 3 days. Picked up car and they couldn't tell me where they put the new tires (put dressing on all 4 and they looked the same). But told me they should have rotated the new tires up to the front. When I got it home, checked more closely and could tell by tread wear that the old tires were left on the front and new put on the back. Called about it on Saturday and they said bring it back to fix it, but dealership is 30 minutes away and I was leaving town, so no time to do that. Used to love Arapahoe Hyundai, but disappointed now in their service department and not sure I'll be back for service or to buy a car there again (I've bought 3 before). More

Disappointed I had my Tuscan serviced due to a recall. When I dropped it off, I asked if they could also replace my headlight and see if there is a short in the sy I had my Tuscan serviced due to a recall. When I dropped it off, I asked if they could also replace my headlight and see if there is a short in the system since my headlight goes out every few months. I asked if I had to make a separate appointment instead since my original appointment was for the recall. The employee told me they would replace the headlight and take a look to see why I had to replace light so frequently. I did not have to make a separate appt. When i went to pick tge car up, they did successfully fix the issue that caused the recall, but they did not replace headlight or even look into why it goes out all the time. More
