Best car, best price on my 2018 Santa Fe I was deciding between a Honda Odyssey minivan, a Kia Sorrento, and a Hyundai Sante Fe. It wasn't even close. Lucas Bender at Arapahoe got me into a l I was deciding between a Honda Odyssey minivan, a Kia Sorrento, and a Hyundai Sante Fe. It wasn't even close. Lucas Bender at Arapahoe got me into a loaded Sante Fe at a much better price than the other cars. This was my second car through Arapahoe Hyundai, and my second car through Lucas. The guy is awesome. I highly recommend it. I even drive down from Fort Collins because they are at that much better than the dealers around here. More
Fast and Courteous I had an appointment at 3:30pm, I was out of there by 4pm, everything was explained and he (I don't remember his name but the receipt says my advisor I had an appointment at 3:30pm, I was out of there by 4pm, everything was explained and he (I don't remember his name but the receipt says my advisor was Chad Niles) was very pleasant to work with. I do however have a complaint regarding my purchasing experience. I test drove my vehicle, I had a "Testdrive offer code" 30098-7247 that I would get $50 for test driving. I gave this to Marcus Porras, he said he was new and would make sure to send me the gift card - here we are 7 months later and I have not received anything. I purchased the vehicle, and told him I was referred by a friend, Hope Martell, she had also purchased a new Hyundai, and was told she would get a referral bonus, that he couldn't do it with my transaction but would make sure he sent it to her on his next sale... again, here we are 7 months later and nothing. I have text messages back and forth with Marcus, that I have saved, where he continued to promise to get these issues resolved, and then he stopped responding on February 13th. I love my car, and other than the issues outlined above, I have had a great experience. I do plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the next couple of years and will likely go back to Hyundai, however, I will never work with Marcus again. More
New tire I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with 11,000miles on it . I brought the car in due to s flat tire. I was told by Jason that the tire was no good . I then told Jason that a tire should not go bad after 11.000 miles on it and what could he do. He then contacted his manager Gary who proposed a very good deal, which I accepted. This is another example of how Arapahoe Hyundai goes out of it’s way to help it’s customers. I give this dealership 5 STARS and recommend it to anyone needing service. More

From Jesus, Tony the sales manager, to every person my husband and I spoke with, we felt respect, were lent a listening ear, and were given thorough explanations of any detail we wanted more information for. Jesus patiently helped us get hooked up with all we needed. It has taken me some time to get to this review as I had surgery, but definitely want to express our sincere gratitude for a purchase without the high pressure of other sales tactics! Hats off to them All! More
