Need a Service Center Over haul We took our car in the other day for a radio issue, the radio no longer displayed the station name or song that was playing. They had the car for 8 ho We took our car in the other day for a radio issue, the radio no longer displayed the station name or song that was playing. They had the car for 8 hours, they said it was ready for pickup. When we arrived they said they fixed the issue. But they did not, once we got into the car it was not fixed. So we came back in and asked why it was not fixed and then they said that our model did not have that feature ?? We were confused, they said they fixed it and now they say they could not fix it because of the model did not have that feature, which was wrong because we had that feature until the battery was replaced?? Needless to say these people do not know what they are doing. More
