Great Service/Friendly Staff Made a family trip to Colorado for the Boulder Bolder. Needed tires rotated and oil change. From the moment we called to make our appt. until we were handed our keys to leave, this was by far the best experience we have had. Our normal dealership repair in NM did not have our tire keys so we called this dealership as we would be in the area. The woman who answered the phone provided us with a coupon to use at their shop after we made the appointment. When we arrived the mechanic looked at our info and noticed we had a brake recall and added that to the maintenance. Our local Hyundai dealership never informed us of the recall. The same mechanic gave us recommendations on where to eat breakfast in the area while we waited. After receiving a text message 15 minutes before the estimated time that we were quoted, we got back to the dealership and another mechanic walked us to our car and we talked for another 15 minutes. Very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs. We almost want to drive back to them for our next service. More
