After searching through the used car selection and test driving a variety of the vehcicles KB went above and beyond, leading to my final decision. I was ready to walk away thinking I could not find a car I loved, when he suggested we look at the vehicle he drives as it matched my parameters. I quickly fell in love and began to look at the new car selection to find the car I wanted. After test driving the car I was sold and brought to Bill Surina in the finance department. He laid every option out for me in laymen terms and provided his option when asked as this was my first experience financing a vehicle. When all was said and done I met back up with KB and we walked out to the car where he continued to explain all of the features and answer any questions I had.
