Incompetent I brought my car in for a broken serpentine belt that came off on the highway, and my car overheated, and I had to be towed. The AC compressor fell apart, and needed replaced, along with coolant being all over my engine compartment (makes sense since my car over heated). It took days to get parts in (I am actually OK with this), and the communication was awesome by my service advisor Jordan. I got my Genesis Coupe back, and while driving home, my car overheats again, and I have to be towed back to my office, as I had meetings I could not miss. When I get time, I go and look in my coolant resevoir, and it is bone dry. If I overheated, I was told there is coolant all over my engine, I would expect my cooling system to then be checked, and at the minimum, my coolant levels checked. I did NOT expect to break down again on the way home. The customer service can be spot on (which it was), but if you are not doing a great job servicing my vehicle, it does not matter. I rather work with jerks, and get my car back fixed, than break down 5 minutes after getting my car back. End result - I put coolant in, and am praying there is not a leak. Time will tell, and I hope I did not do any damage driving it without any coolant in the engine. More

He called me back and stated he didn't have exactly what I wanted (Very Base 2018 Sante Fe Sport AWD in White or Silver); however, he did have the car in a different color with the value package option at $24,000 out the door. I confirmed all in information, to include the fact it was new and that there wouldn't be any surprises price wise. Long behold my wife, son, and I drove just under 90 minutes and well surprise surprise... That was only if we financed with them... He then went on to say he couldn't do the deal thru my bank because they had to use certain pricing, which is completely erroneous. But he could make it work with my bank for another $1,000. Ryan wouldn't honor the original deal, wasted the better part of 3.5 hours of our time, and couldn't keep their story straight in regards to my banks check... He couldn't honor the deal because my bank required the price be in a certain area; but he could finance us through the dealer ship, unless of course we were willing to pay $1,000... The bank was only going to be financing $14k... Initially, when I first met Ryan and drove the vehicle, I thanked him for being forward and honest with me in regards to the price. There was no back and forth and I was anticipating a quick off the lot deal at the $24,000 price tag... Its the only reason we drove up there and were willing to accept the color... My opinion, this isn't a way to conduct business. Find a dealership with some integrity cause these guys sure as xxxx don't have any. More

I may have not gotten the car with all the amenities that I wanted I got to step down from it and so far so good. My sales person Lander and the finance guy Brian were amazing. More

Friday Jordan called letting me know it was fixed, I'd have it Saturday. I know a didn't have an appt. but a clearer time line and more check in would have been appreciated. More
