noise from front and back of car The noise coming from my car sounded like metal being distressed and ready to break. The technician found 2 nuts on the axle that had come loose. The nuts were tightened to specifications and my car sounds like new. The noise was so alarming that I thought I may have to have major work done because it was from the front when I turned and the back when starting from a stop. I have told all my friends about this experience and I love my Elantra. I have always been treated well at this Dealership. More

Problems with billing. On Wednesday 5/16/18 I brought my Azera in for its 51,000 mile servicing. I have had both my Hyundais serviced at Arapahoe the last 5+ years and h On Wednesday 5/16/18 I brought my Azera in for its 51,000 mile servicing. I have had both my Hyundais serviced at Arapahoe the last 5+ years and have been pleased with the service provided. This time however I had some issues with what I had to pay which I would like to bring to your attention. I told the service advisor Jordan Sandell that I recently had a tire rotation and would not need one but to proceed with the rest of the items that were part of the maintenance schedule. I also asked how much a “hook” which holds the cargo net in place would cost since one of them was broken. He said I should check with the parts department which I did and was told it would be $2.76. I told Jordon to add that to the list of things to be done. When it came time to pay I handed Jordan a coupon for a FREE oil change. He then said that he would need to charge me $20 for the oil change. I also asked why he did not deduct for the tire rotation. He said it was part of the cost even though I did not need the rotation. I also noticed that I was charged $5.62 for the cargo net hook. I know that Arapahoe Hyundai charges $40 for an oil change so I should not have had to pay $20 when I gave him a FREE Oil Change Coupon. I also believe that $20 should have been deducted for a tire rotation which I did not request and which Jordon said I didn’t need. . I believe I should be reimbursed $60 for these items plus half the cost of the cargo net hook. I called and left a voice mail message with Mr. Burton the Service manager later that same day regarding these issues, it has been three days and I have not heard back from him as yet and I am still waiting. Perhaps I should be speaking to Mr. Zinsmeister or Mr. Powers. More

Best car buying experience ever. From the title and the 5 stars, you can probably tell this review is gonna be positive. It really was the easiest car buying experience ever. I let him know what I was after, and he actually listened to me. When I got moved to the financing department, more of the same. I was greated by another person that listened to my needs, and was clear with what came with the vehicle warranty and what clould be added. There was no hastle, and including finance charges we payed quite a bit less then MSRP. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that I like. More
