It could've been better. The sales team is quick to get to you. I didn't like how I was told to put an extra $500 down, even after my trade in. I said no, so they upped my pri The sales team is quick to get to you. I didn't like how I was told to put an extra $500 down, even after my trade in. I said no, so they upped my price a bit. The people are very friendly. I just wish they were more thorough. As well as I wish I was more thorough on checking every last detail on the car. It was dark when I purchased so I didn't see the chip in the windshield or the crack in it along the bottom of the windshield, where it is black. Plus you can only see it from the outside. Then the day after I bought my car I tried to put a cd in. It did not work. There was a cd left in there from prior owner and it was /still is jammed. The fog light I didn't realize was completely broken off on the inside of the bumper. I asked about them fixing it, and they said they would "check" into it. Whatever that means. I should've checked it over better, I admit that. But once they sell it to you, you no longer are a concern and they could care less about helping what should've been fixed before putting it on the lot. Lesson Learned. More

Another Great Experience at Arapahoe Hyundai This is my 4th lease at Arapahoe Hyundai and each time we have enjoyed a great experience. Lander was our sales agent this time and did a fantastic job. He did all he could to get us a great price and the exact car my daughter was looking for. She swapped her old Elantra for a new shiny black one and is headed back to Grad School. We were in and out in about an hour and Lander was with us every step of the way. Bill in Finance was friendly as well and got us on our way in time to beat the evening rush hour. Would definitely use Lander and Arapahoe Hyundai again! More
