Not only was he highly knowledgeable about the brand and vehicles, but he was patient with us as we asked a million dumb questions. His professional manner was always on point!!! Devin addressed us by our names when the occasion called for it and as Sir and Ma'am when we were dealing with paperwork and private information. On our second visit, he stayed incredibly late in order to assist us in the leasing of our next vehicle. That screams ROCKSTAR in my book. In fact, we moved all of our business to his dealership because of this young man. We leased 2 vehicles from him in 2 days. This is your guy!!!! More

Small Repair, Quick Turnaround I had made an appointment online to get the armrest latch fixed on my Sonata and had never taken my car to Arapahoe Hyundai before. They took me right away and got the part fixed in under a half hour. I had been quoted a price for the part only with no labor cost by the parts manager and the team was great about honoring that. I will definitely take my car back to them with any future issues. More

They’ve lost a long term customer in me. My latest experience was not a good one. Communication from the sales staff was not what it has been in the past. I did not feel as if I was there to My latest experience was not a good one. Communication from the sales staff was not what it has been in the past. I did not feel as if I was there to buy a car but rather that I was there for them to sell me something. And what they were trying to sell me wasn’t what I wanted. I have seen a decline both in sales and service at this dealership and have changed to a new dealership after 15 years. Unfortunately the sales person I had hoped to deal with was no longer there and that has made made the difference in addition to a decline in service related customer service. More

Their finance department first told us we were aproved. I specifically asked if there were any problems. The assured it me there wasn’t. After 3 weeks without hearing from them and because I couldn’t sign up on Hyundai Finace I contacted them. They told me I had to sign up the paperwork. That my sales person was supposed to have contacted me long ago. Guess what? It didn’t happen. At the time I went to resign the paperwork ie press my concern that my payment due date was approaching and I still couldn’t signup on their website. They told me I could pay them the install me and they would take care of it. When I was finally able to sign into the website I realized my payment was not posted. I contacted their finance department. I spoke with Leslee (she was the worst person) she to,d me she would call me back in minutes. Again, it didn’t happen. I called her back and left her a message. At that point I was beyond frustrated. I emailed my sales person and copied Leslee. It was just when I threatened to contact Hyundai corporate 9ffice that I received a call back. I was to.d then, the day my payment was due, that they could not receive my payment at the dealership. That I had to do it online and that they were sending me check to reimburse me for the payment I made at the dealers. I had to come up with another payment amount if I did not want to be late. Their excuse was “you have 10 days grace period”. I shouldn’t need. Grace period when I specifically asked before the due date what could I do and they guaranteed me I could pay at the dealership. Now I contacted the dealership because I signed up at the time 9f the contract to have the oil changes covered. I wanted to know if I could have it done at another dealership since Arapahoe Hyundai is too far for me. Their answer “ I need to contact the finance department “ . As you might understand, I do t trust their finance department for obvious reasons. I still don’t have an answer for that question. 9r even a confirmation that the oil changes are covered in my contract. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody, n9t even my worse enemy. More
