Impeccable Customer Service I've been beyond impressed with the customer service that the service center at this location provides. The first time I was here several months a I've been beyond impressed with the customer service that the service center at this location provides. The first time I was here several months ago, they were able to fit me in same-day without an appointment for an emergency repair that was stopping my brake lights from turning off. Not only did they fix the problem with my brake lights, but they also were able to quickly complete repairs on a few outstanding recalls. This most recent time I was in to have an engine noise diagnosed. They determined that it was a noise being made because of some residual 'sludge' in my engine, so they added an additive to my oil that would help clean the engine and mitigate the noise, and because it was such a simple fix, they didn't even charge me. You don't expect that level of personal touch from a big dealership service center. More
