Horrrible Experience While the car buying experience started out great with Brian- he was very personalable, worked hard to get me into a car that fit my budget. Once I ag While the car buying experience started out great with Brian- he was very personalable, worked hard to get me into a car that fit my budget. Once I agreed on a vehicle is when it all went down hill. I had a set budget. I told him I was paying cash and wanted taxes included in my final price. I finalized paperwork- oh wow- the interior needs to be cleaned. Back seats filthy, passenger seat has stains. Ok he said. They somewhat fixed it. Then no spare key. This was a leased vehicle before I bought it so I’m sure they charged the person who brought it back for not returning the key. Told me I would have to buy one..really? Well the key magically appeared. Next- the horn doesn’t work for feedback or the panic button on the remote. Oh we didn’t notice is what I was told (this is suppose to be a so many point inspected certified vehicle). They made an appointment with me and fixed it. Next...the airbag safety light illuminated. Make an appointment for 2 weeks out and pray I don’t get in an accident and my airbags not work with my family in the car. Take car to appointment. I’m promised a pick up time of 4pm. I call THEM at 445 pm and am told they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it can I pick up tomorrow. Sure... Next! I go to get my permanent license plate and guess what??? They didn’t include all they taxes in my purchase like I asked...they included the cheaper taxes and not the city one of over $700. I go to the manager DJ and am told I signed a handwritten paper agreeing to the deal of them only paying 4% taxes. How was I to know that didn’t include every tax?! I TRUSTED the person selling me the car to include all taxes like I asked in the beginning to come in at my budget. DJ the manager and Brian (I think he is the guy who issues temp tags) both agrees my car doesn’t sound to certified with all the problems I’ve had, but DJ tells me “oh the tax money isn’t something we keep” well duh! That’s the reason you all didn’t include in my final price like I asked because it’s money they los out on. Brian Wheeler has the gift of bsing you, but doesn’t stay true to his word. More
