I brought my 2013 Santa Fe Sport in for an engine issue and Pa I would like to first thank Service Advisor Paul Grace for taking excellent care of me. I brought my 2013 Santa Fe Sport in for an engine issue and Paul recognized that this was possibly a recall. Paul took the time to contact Hyundai and was able to get approval to repair my vehicle under the recall warranty. I did make multiple trips to the service department for issues with repairs, but Paul made sure they were corrected in a timely manner and supplied me with transportation. I was also impressed that Hyundai stood by their product and replaced the defective parts. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Arapahoe Hyundai for service/maintenance in the future and hope I get to work with Paul Grace again. Thank you so much! More

Lucas was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the Genesis models and always acted as the professional he is. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car there. Leo was very helpful too ensuring things went smoothly. I initially I had spoken to KB on the phone before I visited the dealership. Once I got there, KB handed me off to Lucas who is an expert on the Genesis line. I'm very happy he did, since Lucas truly does know all about these cars, backward and forward. Love my new G80 Sport!!!! More

Speedy and so helpful! I have not had the best experience in the past with the service dept but Arapahoe Hyundai redeemed themselves after my visit yesterday. I purchased a new Tucson in January and was due for my first servicing, an oil and filter change. I walked in and Chad was so friendly and I ended up being done in less then 20 minutes. This was the quickest trip I have ever had and I walked out so happy. I had also purchased a cargo cover for my car and Chad was so pleasant and helped me carry the box out and assist me with putting it in. So easy and zero stress. I had also called up to sales to speak with Diane but she was out and the nice lady who answered the phone was so helpful to call down to the parts department for me. A great experience overall! It was such a great day and I walked out smiling. Thank you! More

Making an appointment was hassle-free and when I went there, they immediately informed I wanted to take care of 2 recalls on my car (as per Carfax). Making an appointment was hassle-free and when I went there, they immediately informed me that there are 4 recalls on the vehicle and they'll take care of it. Their turnaround time was impressive too - initially they told me that it might take the entire day but I got a call in about 45 minutes' time. Excellent service provided. More
