Great Hyundai Santa Fe Buying Expirience We had not intended to buy a new car so quickly and frankly had another car pretty much already picked out, but our experience with our salesman, Jesu We had not intended to buy a new car so quickly and frankly had another car pretty much already picked out, but our experience with our salesman, Jesus Osorio, and his manager, Tony Saccomano, made it so easy to step up and make the right decision. From the very beginning there was never any pressure to go beyond our comfort zone of cost, but rather to just make us feel comfortable with all the features and benefits of owning a new Hyundai. Jesus took so much time completely explaining the features of the Santa Fe Sport before we ever test drove the vehicle for the first time. Even the closing paperwork and process was so much friendlier and expeditious than I had ever experienced before. The whole team performed so well during the buying process. Even days after completing our transaction Jesus has been available and responsive to every question I've had and has spent additional time with me further explaining all the new safety and function features of the new car. I really feel Jesus will be a resource for future questions if they develop while making me feel he really has an interest in my knowledge of the car and all it's features. It was truly a pleasant buying experience and I know we're really going to be happy with our decision and any future follow up we my need. Jesus and his team were terrific! More

Sure not what I expected Bait and switch. I called to be sure that the advertised offers could be used in combination. The sales person said yes with about a thousand dollar d Bait and switch. I called to be sure that the advertised offers could be used in combination. The sales person said yes with about a thousand dollar difference from the $8200 off list price, if you used the advertised 0% financing. I was totally mislead. When I got to the dealer the difference was between 8 thousand dollars with the dealers interest rate... (by the way the first numbers they brought me on the loan had a 6.5% interest rate. They were not forthcoming with the rate but wanted to "see if I was comfortable with that monthly payment.") To use the advertised 0% rate the saving on the vehicle was $1700 NOT $8,200. or NOT one thousand dollars off that $8,200, as the sales person had assured me prior to my driving an hour to the dealership. Eventually, we got to a reasonable rate of 3.3% for someone with my excellent credit rating. I bought the car using their loan because it was the only way I could get the $8,200 off list price. I felt I had been mislead but my car had broken down so I needed a new vehicle. The new car is wonderful, The sales and finance people were friendly the dealership is clean. I just have this overall feeling of having been screwed and feel like there was little I could do to avoid it. More
