After perusing used vehicles and not seeing much difference between a used and a new car, I opted to purchase a new vehicle at Arapahoe Hyundai as their internet prices were competitive among the dealers that I looked at. I found the customer service to be very good as both Bjorn and Tony were patient in answering all of my questions, thus providing me with the insights that I needed to make an informed decision on which route to go with regards to getting the best bang for my buck. All the info was available with a little research. The color choice was not our first choice and initially I came to look at the car to be respectful of Lucas's efforts to help. However this young man's efforts to inform and answer but never be pushy are to be commended. To be honest the quote I was given for the other car that was our first choice was slightly less per month based on the 60 month plan. However something told me that to walk away from this deal for a few $ would be xxxxxxxxxxx, after the efforts put forth. However, after meeting the manager, I then had to endure your finance representative. All I am going to say is if his attitude and delivery were the sole criteria by which to judge this transaction, there would not have been a transaction. His one size fits all sales pitch is presumptuous, condescending & insulting. The gentleman who helped out on Saturday so my wife could co-sign the papers was great. Ryan was excellent with the presentation to inform us of all the features of the new vehicle. I would like to thank Arapahoe Hyundai for a great, low pressure experience. More

We wanted to buy a Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD with the Technology Package. Arapahoe Hyundai's KB Brader fielded our request and asked us to pick a car from the online inventory. After a few emails exchanges, KB offered a very competitive bid. We walked into Arapahoe Hyundai that afternoon at 2:00pm and drove away in our new car at 4:00pm. Our approach smoked out Arapahoe Hyundai as a dealer who wants to sell a lot of cars, has a healthy inventory and incentive positions. In my opinion, this was our best car buying experience. With the hard work about price done before we walked in the door, KB explained and demo'd all the car's features and functions, then he us the keys and by ourselves took the car for a 15-minute spin, we came back really impressed with the car, did the upfront paperwork with KB. Met with Brian Caton, business manager to complete the no hassle, no pressure transaction, and had a nice personal chat. Our car was made Spic 'n' Span clean for release and off we drove. Car started smoking after repair I came in because my car had trouble starting and I suspected a battery. I also had two recalls that I needed to address. The service took 1.5 hours even though the estimate I was given was 45 min. Also I had called around to price batteries and when I called I was told installation was free with purchase of a battery so I was surprised to find it cost $50 for installation. I believe this was a lie to get me to purchase my battery at Hyundai. Upon driving my car half a block after the service my car started smoking heavily prompting me to pull into a parking lot and call Hyundai. After stating my car was smoking I was put on hold for ten minutes at which point i was told that is normal. If it is normal why wasn’t I warned about that before? Also the waiting room is gross and smells heavily of oil. More

He was very informative and made sure my car would be taken care of. He worked in a timely fashion and made the process easy for me. I would recommend using this service center for numerous reasons such as quality of service, efficiency and caring employees. Will definitely be coming back when in need of vehicle maintenance. More
