Had a recall item repaired We brought the car in for a recall repair regarding possible brake issue. The repair took the expected amount of time - about 90 minutes. The only r We brought the car in for a recall repair regarding possible brake issue. The repair took the expected amount of time - about 90 minutes. The only reason I am not giving the shop a 5-star rating is that they rolled down the driver's side window - which we don't normally do since it is not working well currently and we don't want to invest in the switch right now. As a result, they had to do some work to get the window back up. Then, when putting the panel back on, they didn't get it just right - so now the car door lock doesn't work properly. I will need to take it back in to get it fixed. But, the best part about the experience was Andrew Johnson. He was the master mechanic who sped up the process of getting my door window back up. Unfortunately, i should have had him also put the door panel back on instead of the "newbie" who evidently didn't know how to do it properly. More
